Well I learned a big lesson today of what NOT to do.... I took both Luke and Landon to Toys r us after dinner tonight to let Luke pick out a gift with some of his birthday money. Luke wanted to play with everything... he had a very hard time deciding what he wanted. Everything he thought about Landon then wanted.... I promised Luke after we were done shopping for his gift that he could sit in the ride on toys. Mistake number two. How hard is it to get 2 young boys to get back in the cart and go.... VERY HARD!!! Note to self, do not take both at the same time without another adult along.
Luke ended up getting a garbage truck toy. He is like his daddy and aspires (right now) to be a "sanitation specialist". Next week it will be a train conductor the week before he wanted to be like pepaw and drive a truck and deliver parts to people.
As you can see it is late so by for now!
